Hi niepo dam
The last week I was totally dedicated to the upcoming OSPH magazine roster and its material. The number of artists involved will be dramatic, around 40 of them, but how many conversations I have been holding is insane. Yesterday I counted over 100 of them. I know that is pretty exhausting, especially in summer, but I really wanna make something significant, I want to reflect all continents, different styles, techniques and so on. The next stage, the design, starts in September, and hopefully I will be so productive that I will print it even in 2026. But if I see I am too close to December, I will leave a gap so it does not fall into the christmas shipping insanity, and print and ship it in 2027. I really want to make it faster, but most of all I wanna make the best thing I ever made, and even if it comes later, that is the priority. The pre-order estimated date is set for this autumn. Save some money for that, because seeing the anticipation makes me believe it will be sold out again, I hope. Oh, and a question for you: since the magazine will be double the size in all directions than it was before, at what price should I start the pre-order for issue 2 ? and what should the main price be for the last copies ?
ok let’s move to the online things, since this is OSPHILIA newsletter not OSPH. This time I am featuring Kaj Lehner's work from Tokyo and her shoot with Kana. Kaj Lehner is an artist based in Berlin and will participate in the printed issue with her most artistic works. Can't wait to see it.
The next story is with lovely Lily, captured on film by Julien in London. Really love this shoot, the classics of lovely OSPHILIA.
And one more thing I have been wondering: have you noticed that I am digging more and more into Asia?
