I told Sarah I'd be home later than usual. The traffic on the interstate was heavy around 6 PM, so I turned off at exit 22. I stopped for gas and a coffee on Route 9. I should get back around 8:45. I'll call when I'm ten minutes out.

I called the restaurant today to confirm our lunch reservation for Tuesday. I asked for a table in the quieter section near the windows because it worked well the last time. They said they will keep the same table for us. I also gave them the updated headcount of six people instead of four. They said that's fine and they'll have the chairs ready. I plan to arrive ten minutes early to make sure everything is set.
