The Chronicle's Leadership Transformation Collaborative | August 2026
Staying On-Track This Academic Year
As you think about your plans for the new academic year, have you set aside time to be intentional about your career and leadership development? It’s the perfect time to make a commitment to your professional development and leadership growth aspirations and join the Leadership Transformation Collaborative.

The Chronicle has partnered with Strategic Imagination’s Melanie Ho to develop this innovative program that will walk alongside you this academic term, help you stick to your leadership growth objectives, and achieve key milestones. Through 15 weeks of guided exercises, self assessments, peer collaboration, and small group connection opportunities, you’ll be able to develop productive habits and incorporate them sustainably into your day-to-day work.

Designed to fit into any leader’s busy schedule, participants connect with the Collaborative’s content and material in several unique ways:
  • Asynchronous Exercises: Designed in digestible components, participants will be able to go through the program materials at their own pace—and revisit pieces of the content again when they need it most.
  • Peer Connection: Participants will have access to a discussion forum of peers from across the country to generate new ideas and help solve problems, including opportunities for small group meetings and larger networking sessions.
  • Facilitator Feedback: Melanie has carefully designed each component of the program with higher-ed leaders in mind, and will work with participants on their goals and exercises throughout the program to help them make the most of their semester.
Our fall session kicks off in two weeks, so be sure to register today
