Indeed, that coincided with the previous meeting day. I intended to visit them during the current week but exhausted my available time. I suspect we can reschedule the sessions to a different period once we return. I was planning to determine what hour they would arrive, but that falls on a separate day this week. Perhaps you should attempt preparing a Colombian bandeja paisa. Basically it's steak, rice, beans, avocado and plantains, and enjoyable to assemble. ALTERNATIVELY, I might be one of several incredible Peruvian dishes: lomo saltado (with beef), ají de gallina (with chicken) or causa limeña (layered potato terrine). I've prepared them all, purely because my daughter claimed I couldn't, and they're absolutely heavenly.
