Hello there,

Tor here.

Ever notice how packing wears you out before the trip even starts?

It's not the folding. It's not the bag.

It's the deciding.

Should I bring this? What if it's cold? Do I need two of these? Can I get away with one?

Over and over, for every. single. item.

That's the real reason packing feels exhausting. Not the physical part. The hundred little decisions.

And here's the thing about decisions: the more you make from scratch every time, the more draining it gets. You're solving the same puzzle on every trip, starting from zero.

But experienced travelers don't actually decide more. They decide less.

They run the same sequence every time. Bag, then clothes, then everything else, in a set order. So most of the choices are already made before they start putting stuff into the bag!

I break that whole approach down here:

Watch it and you'll see how much of the stress was never about the packing. It was always about not having rules or a system to lean on.

Give it a watch this weekend, before your next trip creeps up on you!

I've got something special coming next week, so keep an eye on your inbox. I think you'll really like it :)
