I met with Sarah and Tom for an hour this afternoon. I told them I needed a clearer deadline for the proposal. I said I could get the draft done by next Wednesday. I noticed we spent the first twenty minutes just catching up. I decided I'll send a short agenda before our next meeting on the 18th.

I went to the team meeting on Tuesday. It started at 9 AM and lasted a full hour. We talked about the project timeline and agreed to move the deadline to the 20th. I took notes and sent them out after lunch. Next week we will meet on Wednesday instead.
