So I was thinking about what we discussed last week regarding the quarterly review. I went back and checked the notes from the client meeting, and I really do think the timeline we proposed is realistic if we shift the design phase earlier. The main hurdle is still getting sign-off from the product team before the end of the month. I left a message for Carla this morning to see if she can expedite that on her end. In the meantime, I've started outlining the brief so it's ready to go once we get the green light. Also, did you have a chance to look at the revised budget spreadsheet I sent over? There's a small discrepancy in the third column that I wanted to flag before we submit it. Nothing major, just a rounding thing.
