I talked with a few people after last Thursday's meeting and we agreed that 2 PM works better for most of us. A couple of folks mentioned they have morning client calls that often run up to noon. By 2 PM they can take a short lunch break and then join without rushing. I checked with Sandra and she said afternoons are also free for her starting next week. So we will keep it at 2 PM on Thursdays going forward unless something comes up.

I changed the meeting time to Wednesday at 2 PM. I checked my calendar and saw that Tuesdays are filling up for me. I think the new slot gives us a little more time after lunch to settle in. I also moved the room to the one with the bigger table on the third floor. I'll send out an updated invite later today.
