I checked my calendar again this morning. Tuesday is already full with a doctor's appointment at 9 AM and a call at 11 AM. Wednesday looks open in the afternoon though. I sent a quick message to Jen asking if 2 PM on Wednesday works for her. I have not heard back yet. I will wait until tomorrow and then send a follow-up if she does not reply by then. We need to lock it down soon so I can book the small conference room on the second floor.

I checked with everyone on the new meeting time. We settled on 2 PM on Tuesdays starting next week. That gives us an hour before the team call with the regional office. I also looked at the room bookings. We got the small room by the kitchen for the first three weeks. I think it will work for our group size.
