| | | | Just over a year after the agreement between SACBO and Humanitas for the management of the Airport First Aid service, the facility has moved to a new location within the terminal. The new premises occupy an area formerly used for security screening, now fully refurbished and purpose-built to support healthcare services. |

What's new? - Larger facilities, including two staff changing rooms and a dedicated waiting area.
- Direct access to the terminal airside, enabling faster response times on the apron and in transit areas.
- A 24/7 service, with a doctor and a registered nurse always on duty.
This upgrade responds to real demand: in 2025, the Airport First Aid unit handled more than 1,300 cases involving both passengers and airport staff. More functional facilities and better connections to operational areas mean faster emergency response times. This is the goal that BGY and Humanitas Gavazzeni e Castelli continue to pursue together.

| | Music and tradition brought the BGY Departures Terminal to life. On the afternoon of Saturday, 18 July, the Scanzorosciate Alpine Fanfare Band delighted passengers with a lively flash mob, bringing a taste of Alpine culture to the airport. The performance was met with warm applause, creating a memorable moment for the thousands of people passing through the terminal.

Before boarding a plane bound for a new country, a new culture, a new everyday life, the girls and boys who were awarded the scholarships by Milan Bergamo Airport, BGY International Services and Intercultura took a moment to dedicate a thought to their future selves. Words to be read only upon their return, to discover how far they have come... Not only in kilometres. |

| | | | | | After security checks, you can refill your reusable bottle or flask for free at the dedicated refill station available in the terminal. With REFILL & FLY, the campaign promoted together with Assaeroporti, we aim to highlight a service available at our airport and raise awareness among an increasing number of passengers. Refill. Reuse. Take off. |
