I was thinking we could push the meeting later in the week. I checked with Karen, and she said Thursday is wide open for her. Wednesday is not great on my end because of the quarterly review. So I went ahead and penciled in Thursday at 2 PM in the small conference room. I sent a calendar invite to the three of us just now. There was also a question about the project timeline, and I confirmed that the deadline for the draft is still next Friday. We can use a few minutes at the end of the meeting to go over any loose ends on that. I figure the 2 PM slot leaves the morning clear for other work and gives us a solid hour before the office gets busy.

I talked with the team about our standing check-in time. We had it on Wednesday at 9 AM for the last two months. People said the early slot was hard to make after school drop-offs. So we moved it to Thursday at 2 PM starting next week. That gives everyone a chance to finish their morning tasks first. I sent a calendar update with the new link. We'll try this slot for four weeks and then see how it goes.
