Yes, that coincided with the session from the prior week. I intended to visit them this week but simply lost track of the days. We can shift the appointments to an alternate slot this week after our return. I was going to check their arrival time, though that falls on a different day. You could attempt a Colombian bandeja paisa (a platter of beef, chorizo, rice, beans, avocado, and fried egg). It's a project but incredibly satisfying. OR, I could be any one of 3 magnificent Peruvian dishes: lomo saltado (stir-fried beef), aji de gallina (creamy chicken stew), or ceviche. I've prepared them all, simply because my family said it was impossible, and each was a triumph.
