I finally got around to organizing the pantry yesterday. Took longer than I expected, mostly because I kept finding old spices from years ago.
Labels were faded but I still tried smelling each one. Ended up tossing about half of them.
Feels good to have it sorted though. Now I can actually see what pasta shapes we have without digging through three different boxes.

Yeah I tried that new recipe last night. The sauce came out a bit thinner than I wanted but the flavor was solid.
Next time I'll reduce it a few more minutes. Also realized halfway through that I was out of shallots so I used red onion instead.
Still pretty good honestly. Might add a splash of white wine next attempt for some brightness. We'll see how it goes.
