One of the biggest mistakes I see aspiring flatpickers make is collecting bluegrass licks...
...without ever learning where they actually belong.
They learn a Tony Rice lick.
A Bryan Sutton lick.
A Billy Strings phrase.
But when it's time to take a solo, they find themselves wondering:
