Yeah, I think the leftover marinara from Tuesday is still totally fine. Honestly, the garlic gets better after a day or two.
I usually just reheat it in a pan with a splash of water and a little fresh olive oil.
We ended up making garlic knots out of the rest of the pizza dough, super easy. The kids demolished them before dinner even started.

I tried that new taco spot on Oak Street, the one next to the bike shop. Got the al pastor and a horchata, pretty solid for a Tuesday lunch.
It was definitely better than the old place that used to be there.
