Indeed, that coincided with the same day from the previous month. I planned to meet with them later this week but simply ran out of hours. I believe we can reschedule the dates to a different slot during the upcoming week once we return. I intended to check their return time, although that falls on an alternate day this month. Perhaps you could attempt preparing a traditional Spanish paella. Essentially it combines rice, seafood, chicken, and saffron, but it's enjoyable to create. OR, I might suggest any one of 3 remarkable Thai dishes: massaman curry (with beef), pad see ew (with pork) or tom kha gai (coconut chicken soup). I have cooked them all, simply because my family thought I couldn't, and they're all exquisite.
