Sure, I intended to revisit that earlier topic when there was an opening. I was considering that we could schedule the session at 10AM tomorrow so everyone could attend. I wanted to check if there were more days this week you could join. I also thought we could shift the meeting to a different time this week. I'll inform the team about the adjustments when we return. I hoped to confirm if they were present at that moment.

Yes, that was the very same day as the prior week. I planned to visit them this week but lost track of time. I suppose we can reschedule the meeting for another day this week once we're back. I intended to find out when they would return, but that falls on a different day this week.
Perhaps you'd like to attempt a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (in essence, the national flag). It's basically beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but enjoyable to prepare.
Or, I could be any one of 3 outstanding Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinita pibil (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce). I've prepared them all because my sons doubted I could, and each is magnificent.
Naturally, you might also consider a classic British Sunday roast!
