Correct, it fell on the same day as last week. I intended to visit them this week but ran short on time. I think rescheduling the dates for another day this week once we return is best. I planned to check what time they would be back, but that is now on a different day. You might want to try your hand at a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Basically it's beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but fun to make. OR, I could be any one of 3 extraordinary Mexican dishes: birria,(with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce). I have prepared them all, simply because my sons claimed I couldn't, and each is incredible. Of course, you might want to put together a proper, British Sunday roast! ---- Best Regards, Alex Chen
