Certainly, that occurred on the exact same day from last Wednesday. I intended to meet with them this month but was short on time. I think we can move the deadlines to an alternative window after we get back. I was planning to ask when they would return but that lands on a distinct day next week. Have you ever tried cooking a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national dish)? It consists of shredded beef, white rice, plantains and black beans, and is quite enjoyable to prepare. Alternatively, I could whip up any of 3 amazing Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibil (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano peppers in a creamy walnut sauce).
