Sure, That was the same day from last Thursday. I planned to drop by this week but ran short on time. I think we can adjust the times to a different slot next week after we get back. I was going to ask what hour they would return but that lands on a different date this week. You might want to prepare a Jamaican jerk chicken (literally, spicy grilled chicken). Basically it's chicken, rice, peas and plantains, but enjoyable to cook. OR, I could be any one of 3 extraordinary Mexican dishes: birria, (with beef) cochinita pibil (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce).
