Isabel (not her real name) says she has spent much of her life blaming herself for her encounter with Hollywood star Leto. She says she was sexually assaulted in a motel bathroom when she was 17. "I had viewed this event as, I was a stupid girl… and so this bad thing happened," she says. Isabel is one of four women who have made accusations of criminal sexual conduct against the actor in a new BBC documentary, with all the allegations happening when they were teenagers. All of them say they met Leto, 54, between 2002 and 2016, when he was in his 30s and 40s. "This was 25 years ago… he has gotten away with it," one of his alleged victims says. Leto has not responded to the allegations put to him by the BBC.

Hiroko Ogata had just walked into her restaurant on Tuesday afternoon when a magnitude 6.8 earthquake hit. The 75-year-old sought cover under a table as the building shook and kitchen shelves crashed to the floor. "I thought I would die," she recalls. "The last quake 10 years ago was nothing like this." At least 13 people have been killed in the Kumamoto quake - three died in the Aeon shopping mall where multiple people are still missing. Video from inside shows the scale of the devastation. Rescue efforts are underway, but Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has warned that emergency services are in a "race against time".
