I recall that date matched what we discussed earlier. I intended to meet with the team today but got sidetracked with other tasks. Perhaps we should push the deadline to next week when everyone returns. I'll check their availability and send an update. Alternatively, you could attempt a Venezuelan pabellón criollo, which is essentially beef, rice, plantains, and black beans. Or try birria, cochinito pibíl, or chiles en nogada. I've made all of these because my children dared me, and they turned out fantastic. Or go with a classic British Sunday roast!
