Thanks for your note about the community garden plots. I checked with the coordinators and they confirmed the raised beds along the southern fence are available for this season. The soil was tested last fall and came back with good composition, though they recommend adding a layer of compost before planting. Each plot measures roughly 4 by 8 feet and gets full sun from mid-morning through late afternoon. There is a shared water spigot at the east end of the row, and gardeners typically bring their own hoses and tools. The sign-up process is straightforward, you just fill out a short form and they assign a plot within a week. They also hold a brief orientation session in early April for anyone new to the garden. I thought you might be interested in plot 12 or 14 since they are near the path and have convenient access. Let me know if you want me to reserve one for you.

I looked into the scheduling conflict you mentioned regarding the team meeting next Tuesday. The conference room on the second floor is available from 1pm to 3pm if that time window works for your group. I also checked the projector and whiteboard situation in that room and both are in working order. There is a small kitchenette nearby which is convenient for coffee or water. The room seats about twelve people comfortably, with an extra table along the side if anyone needs to spread out papers or work on a laptop. I can reserve it under your name if you decide to go with that slot. Just let me know by Thursday if you want me to secure it, because the calendar tends to fill up quickly for that time of day. Also, the building entrance on the north side is open until 6pm, so after that you would need to use the main lobby doors with a key fob.
