Same credential - Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, but the exam looks different now.

AI-901 has new exam objectives, a bigger focus on Microsoft Foundry, generative AI and AI agents added to the syllabus, and even some basic Python.

The good news for anyone mid-prep: you're not starting over. If you built your foundation on AI-900 material, most of it still counts. You just need to layer the new topics on top.
