I think the farmers market on Saturday morning is the better option, mostly because the selection is wider and the produce tends to be fresher. I went last week and the tomatoes were excellent, and a few vendors had early summer squash. I can pick up some basil and a bunch of carrots while I am there. The bread stand near the south entrance usually has a good sourdough loaf that would go well with the soup you are planning. I will aim to get there around 8:30 before the crowds build up. Let me know if you want me to grab anything specific for the meal, or if you need me to stop by the deli on the way for the cold cuts you mentioned. I can also bring the big cutting board if yours is still packed away from the kitchen reorganisation. The weather should be pleasant, so it will be a nice walk through the stalls. I will send you a message when I am heading back with the supplies.

I looked into the community room reservation for the second Thursday and it is available from 6 to 9 pm. The front desk said we can set up the chairs in a semicircle arrangement, which should work well for the discussion format. I will bring the sign-in sheet and a few spare copies of the reading material in case anyone forgets theirs. The room has a whiteboard and markers, so we could note key points as we go. I thought we could start with a brief overview and then open it up for conversation. I will also bring a few bags of tea and some biscuits to have on the side table. If anyone needs directions, I can send out a quick note with the address and parking details. Let me know if you want me to adjust the start time or if there is anything else you would like me to prepare for the evening. I think the group will appreciate the quieter setting.
