Indeed, that fell on the same day as the previous week. I planned to visit them this week but ran short on time. I believe we could reschedule the dates for another time this week once we return. I intended to find out when they'd be back but that falls on a separate day this week. Consider attempting a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Basically it uses beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but it's enjoyable to prepare. OR, I could be any one of 3 remarkable Mexican dishes: birria (with beef), cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce). I've prepared them all, simply because my sons claimed I couldn't, and they're all incredible. Of course, you might want to assemble a proper British Sunday roast! ---- Warmly, Chris Patterson
