HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau Update: Special Bulletin

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) shares the following important updates and events with our Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) and HAB Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) recipients, subrecipients, stakeholders, national partners, and federal colleagues.

Registration Deadline Extended to July 28: Time is Running Out to Attend the 2026 National Ryan White Conference In Person: August 4-7

Registration deadlines have been extended for both in person and virtual attendance at the 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment! The conference takes place August 4-7, 2026, at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC. In-person conference registration now closes on Tuesday, July 28, at 11:59 PM ET. Additionally, in-person registration caps for recipients and subrecipients have been lifted for the final days of registration until capacity limits are reached.

Virtual attendance registration is still open and will now close on Monday, August 3, at 11:59 AM ET. Please contact your Health Resources and Services Administration Project Officer if you have questions about attendance.

Reflecting on the theme, Building on 35 Years of CARE: Strengthening our Foundation and Advancing Access to End the HIV Epidemic, this year’s conference will be packed with engaging sessions, insightful poster presentations, and in-person and virtual networking opportunities.

Reminder: July HAB You Heard Webinar – July 28 @ 3 PM ET

Please join HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) for the July HAB You Heard webinar on Tuesday, July 28, from 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET. During this special edition of our monthly update from HAB, we will share everything you need to know before you go to the 2026 National Ryan White Conference, which is less than two weeks away. The webinar will include a walkthrough of the virtual conference platform and app. All 2026 National Ryan White Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to attend this webinar. The HAB You Heard webinar is open to all RWHAP and HAB Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) recipients, subrecipients, stakeholders, and federal staff. Registration is required to participate.
