Dear School Certifying Official,

We received questions from you in response to our email notice about our internal reorganization and the change of inquiry email address. We regret this confusion.

State Approving Agencies continue to review and approve programs as they always have. Approval related inquires should still be directed to your individual State Approving Agency. 

To clarify, requests for VA assistance should be routed to GIBILLAPPROVALS.VBACO@va.gov. Previously, we were maintaining 4 regional email boxes for Education Liaison Representative inquires, and we have now consolidated this to one email address, in addition to AskVA, which may also be used. When submitting inquiries to VA, please include your facility name and facility code in the subject line to ensure accurate and timely support. A single inquiry box will allow the Approvals Team to better manage inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses.

Again, you should continue to submit requests to your State Approving Agency for support or assistance as appropriate.
