Hey, just getting back to you about the camping trip this weekend. I checked the weather and it looks like it will be clear but cool at night. I was thinking we could head out early Saturday morning instead of Friday evening to avoid the rush. Let me know if you want to grab gear together on Friday afternoon. I still need to pick up a few things for the hike. I also wanted to ask if you have an extra portable charger I could borrow. My phone battery has been draining pretty fast lately. We should probably plan the meals too. I can handle breakfast and lunch if you want to take care of dinner. Let me know what you think about the route. I was thinking we could take the scenic drive along the river. It adds about thirty minutes but the views are worth it. Also, I will bring my camping stove so we can cook properly.

Thanks for the note on the book club selection. I finished reading it yesterday and have a lot of thoughts about the final chapter. I think the author did a great job tying together the themes of resilience and community. I am looking forward to discussing it with everyone next Tuesday.
