Thanks for the update on the school volunteer schedule. I reviewed the slots for the book fair next month and I can definitely take the Wednesday afternoon shift. I know we needed someone to cover the craft table, so that works out well. I also wanted to mention that the new reading program you shared looks interesting. The kids might really engage with the interactive elements they proposed. Let me know if there are any specific training sessions we need to attend before the fair starts. I should have the background check form submitted by the end of the week. Also, I spoke with a few of the other parents and they were asking about the snack policy. Do we have an updated list of approved items? I remember last year there were some changes midway through the event. It might be helpful to send out a quick reminder to everyone scheduled to volunteer. Anyway, I think we are in good shape. Let me know if you need help coordinating the setup crew for the first day.

I finally got a chance to look over the itinerary you put together for the team offsite next quarter. The agenda flows really well and I think the mix of workshop time and open discussion will keep people engaged. My only thought is whether we need a bit more buffer time between the afternoon sessions in case the breakout groups run long. I know the venue has a hard out at 5 PM. We could trim the final debrief to 30 minutes instead of 45 to give us some breathing room. Let me know what you think. I can adjust the timeline and send out the revised version. Also, I wanted to ask about the catering arrangement. Should we plan for any dietary restrictions, or is that covered in the standard menu they provide? It might be worth confirming beforehand to avoid any issues on the day.
