It starts with clever CNC cutting, careful nesting and efficient batching, designed to get the most from every production material used. Larger offcuts are reused wherever possible. Smaller pieces, chippings and dust are collected, shredded and fed into our biomass system. That heat is then used around the workshop – including in our production areas, spray booths and spray line. It’s a circular way of working: less waste and no production material sent off site, less reliance on gas, and a workshop that makes better use of its own by-products. |
