I admit, It's a comfortable story haha. Because if it's about age, then not trying makes complete sense.

But after years of teaching adults, I'm convinced it's entirely wrong.

What actually stops most adults isn't age — it's a method built for how kids learn, forced onto

brains that work completely differently by the time we're grown up.

Give an adult the right approach, and progress happens fast. Faster than most expect.
