Hi again, just following up on the apartment hunt. I visited the unit on Elm Street yesterday and it's actually pretty nice. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has been remodeled. The landlord said the rent includes water and trash, but not electricity. I think it could be a good fit if we split the cost evenly. Let me know if you want to schedule a viewing together this weekend. Also, I'm going to look at another place on Oak Avenue on Thursday - that one has a washer and dryer in-unit, which is a plus.
