Hey, I finally got around to checking out that trail you mentioned last month. We went this past Saturday morning and honestly the weather couldn't have been better. The path was mostly shaded which helped a lot since it got pretty warm by noon. I think we covered about four miles total with a few breaks to take photos. The view at the overlook was worth the climb. I can see why you go there often. Thanks for the recommendation on that documentary series. We started watching it last night and got through three episodes before calling it a night. The cinematography is really impressive, especially the underwater footage. I had no idea about the history of that region, it's fascinating how much has changed over the decades. My partner was skeptical at first but got completely hooked after the first episode. We're planning to finish the rest over the weekend. I'll let you know what we think of the finale.
