Yes I think meeting at the civic center next Tuesday works better for the neighborhood committee than the library lot because parking is easier and there is a side room we can use without booking it a month ahead. I checked with the coordinator this morning and she said the upstairs conference room is open from 6pm onward and we can bring in our own refreshments as long as we clean up. I will bring the sign-in sheets and the printed agenda drafts plus the markers for the whiteboard. Let me know if you want me to also bring the projector or if Ben said he would handle that. Also I will send out a reminder to the usual email list tomorrow afternoon so people have the address and directions. The session should run about ninety minutes which leaves enough time for questions.

I looked into the volunteer schedule for the spring festival and here is what I found. The setup crew needs about twelve people for the Friday afternoon shift. I can cover one slot but I have a conflict from 2pm to 4pm so I would need to come in after that or work the early morning. The coordinator said they prefer people to stay the whole shift but they can make exceptions. I already texted a few others from the recreation group and two said they would help. Also the city is providing the tables and chairs this year so we do not have to rent them. I will call the park office tomorrow to confirm delivery time and the number of tables they are sending. If you want I can also print the site map and the activity schedule.
