I finally watched that documentary series everyone has been talking about for the last few weeks. Honestly, I thought the first couple of episodes were a bit slow and meandering, but the second half really picked up the pace and tied everything together nicely. The cinematography was absolutely incredible, especially the sweeping aerial shots of the landscape. It made me want to plan a trip out west next summer to see some of those national parks. 5Z2TAuOnL34r3B I'm not sure if it will win any major awards, but it's definitely worth a watch when you have the time. Have you seen it yet? Let me know what you think. I'm always looking for good recommendations.

I tried making sourdough bread from scratch over the weekend. It was a lot more time-consuming than I initially anticipated, mostly because of all the waiting for the dough to rise properly at each stage. I used a starter culture a friend gave me a few months back, which really helped develop the flavor. The crust came out perfectly golden brown and crispy, but the crumb was a bit denser than I was hoping for. I think I need to work on my kneading technique and maybe let it proof a little longer next time. Overall, it was a really fun experiment, and the entire house smelled amazing while it was baking. My kids devoured it with butter and honey, so I consider it a great success.
