I think the raised beds along the south fence will work best since that area gets full sun from mid-morning until late afternoon. The soil there drains well which is important for the vegetables you mentioned. I measured the space at about twelve feet wide which gives us room for three beds side by side. We could put tomatoes and peppers on the left side and herbs on the right. If you send me a list of what seeds you already have I can sketch out a more specific layout and figure out what else we need to pick up before planting weekend.

Taking the coastal route adds about an hour of driving time but the views are worth it especially through the state park section. There are several good spots to stop for lunch along the way and I know a place that has great seafood near the lighthouse. The weather forecast looks clear for Saturday so we should have good visibility. I can drive if you want since my car gets better gas mileage and has plenty of room for everyone's bags. Let me know what time you think we should leave to avoid the afternoon crowds at the park entrance.
