Yeah I totally get what you mean about needing a break from screen time. We drove up to the mountains last weekend and honestly just sitting by the lake with no phone reception was exactly what I needed. The trail was pretty quiet this time of year which was nice.

Oh I finally tried making that pasta dish you mentioned a while back. Turned out way better than I expected honestly. I added a bit more garlic than it called for because you know me. The sauce came together really well but next time I think I will use fresh herbs instead of dried.
