Hey, just got your message about the weekend plans. I think meeting at the park around 3pm sounds good. We can bring some snacks and maybe a frisbee. Let me know if you want to walk the trail first or just hang out by the lake. I also found that book you recommended at the library yesterday - it's on the hold shelf now.

I need to check if the grill is available; might want to bring a portable one just in case. The weather report says partly cloudy with a slight chance of evening drizzle, so maybe pack a light jacket. Also, if Sarah is joining, she asked about bringing her dog - is that okay? The park has a designated off-leash area, so should be fine.

Let's confirm the menu: I can bring veggie skewers and some potato salad. We might want to pick up extra napkins and plates. I'll grab some charcoal too. Does anyone have a preference for music? I can put together a playlist if we want background tunes. Let me know if you need me to pick anything else on the way.

Regarding the project update, I think we should finalize the design by Wednesday. The client wants to see a proof of concept before the end of the week. I'll have the wireframes ready tomorrow afternoon. Let me know if you want to review them together or if you prefer to look them over on your own.

Also, I checked the conference room schedule - Thursday at 2pm is available if we want to book it. I think we should invite the content team as well, since they need to align the copy with the new layout. I'll send out a calendar invite soon.

One more thing: the budget spreadsheet is updated. We have some room for additional stock photos if needed. I'll send you the link later. Let me know if you have any questions before the meeting.
