Oh, I completely forgot to tell you about the hike we did over the weekend. The weather was perfect and the trail was mostly shaded which made a huge difference. We packed a simple lunch and found a great spot by the stream. It was exactly the kind of reset I needed after such a long week. I will send you some photos later tonight.
