I think the weekend plans look good and Saturday works best for me since I have a commitment Sunday morning. The park you mentioned is perfect and I can bring some snacks to share. Let me know what time you want to meet and whether we should aim for the full afternoon or just a few hours. I will check the weather closer to the day and bring some extra blankets in case it cools down. The walking trails there are nice and I have been wanting to get some fresh air anyway. I can also pick up some drinks on the way if you let me know what everyone prefers. Let me know if you need help with anything or if there are specific activities you have in mind. I am happy to contribute however it makes sense. I think a casual afternoon works well and we can see how the day goes.

Regarding the project timeline you asked about I think we can adjust the schedule to accommodate the additional feedback. The team agreed that shifting the review meeting by a week gives us enough room to incorporate the updates without rushing. I will update the planning document and share the revised milestones by Thursday. The main dependencies are on track and I have already spoken with the other leads about the adjustment.
