Hey thanks for the note. I finally got around to checking out that podcast you mentioned. It was really well produced and the interviews felt authentic. I listened to the first three episodes during my commute and it made the drive go by much faster. The host has a way of asking questions that lead to surprisingly honest answers. I think you'd enjoy the episode with the historian. Let me know if you find any other good ones. I still owe you recommendations for that documentary series I mentioned last month. I tried making that sourdough recipe over the weekend. It came out better than I expected though the crust was a little harder than I would have liked. I let it proof overnight in the fridge which helped develop the flavor significantly. The kids didn't complain so I will take it as a win. I am thinking of adding some rosemary and sea salt next time. Have you experimented with different types of flour. Anyway we should catch up properly soon. I also wanted to ask about the book you were reading last week.
