I finally got around to organizing that bookshelf I've been putting off for months. It took longer than I expected because I kept stopping to flip through old books I'd forgotten about. Found a cookbook from that trip I took to Italy a few years ago and now I'm craving pasta again. I might try making that carbonara recipe this weekend if I can find guanciale anywhere around here. Have you ever had luck finding it at the market near you? I checked two places already with no luck. Also I just realized I never returned your blender - it's still sitting in my cabinet.
