Today the average American pays 30-40% in taxes.
And most people don't make a peep.
I'm not telling you to go throw tea in the harbor. But I am telling you, we should probably be a little more indignant about what we pay, and what we're willing to put up with.
Here's the good news. If that number just made you mad, you don't have to fight anybody. The tax code was actually written for us, not against us.
It's not a list of rules. It’s a list of incentives. And when you learn the incentives, the government will actually help you get rich.
So many people I talk to have this idea that the system is rigged against them. But when you learn the game, you can do what I call the “judo move” and use the system to your advantage.
That’s exactly how the tax system works. But it’s also how the levers that I mentioned in my last email all work too.
The banking system, the monetary system, the stock market, the housing market… all examples of games people think are rigged. But all have rules that you can master and learn how to use in your favor.
