I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last month. It turned out really well actually. I was a bit nervous about the sauce consistency but it all came together in the end. The whole family enjoyed it which is always a win in my book. I made a few small tweaks based on what I had in the pantry. I used regular yogurt instead of Greek and it still worked great. I think next time I might add a bit more garlic and maybe some fresh herbs. Thanks for sharing the link. If you come across any other similar dishes I would love to try them.
