Oh, I finally finished that book you lent me last month. The plot twist in the middle was completely unexpected.
I couldn't put it down for the last hundred pages.
I think the author did a fantastic job weaving the two timelines together.
You should definitely check out the sequel if you haven't already.
It explains a lot about the main character's backstory.
