I think we should definitely take the coastal route for the road trip next month. The views are supposed to be incredible around that time of year, and there's a ton of little state parks we can stop at along the way. I was looking at some campgrounds near the midway point and they have really good reviews. We could probably split the drive into two comfortable days. Also, my brother mentioned that the seafood places in the small towns are way better than the touristy spots right on the main highway. I'll start mapping out some specific locations this weekend and send them over. Let me know if you have any must-see stops in mind. We should also decide on a playlist for the drive. I've been putting together a mix of classic rock and some newer indie stuff. It should be a good time.
Let me know what you think about the itinerary when you get a chance. I'm happy to adjust based on what works best for everyone's schedule. The more I think about it, the more excited I get for just getting out of town for a few days.

I actually tried that new recipe you sent over last week, the one with the roasted vegetables and the tahini dressing. It was really good! I added a bit of smoked paprika and some lemon zest to give it an extra kick. The whole family loved it, even the kids, which is always a win in my book. I served it with some crusty bread on the side, and it made for a really satisfying meal. I'm definitely going to add it to my regular rotation. Thanks for sharing it with me. Do you have any other similar recipes that are easy to throw together on a weeknight? I'm always looking for ways to mix things up and avoid getting into a dinner rut. Cooking has been a nice way to unwind after work lately.
Also, I wanted to ask if you have any recommendations for good kitchen gadgets. I'm thinking about getting an air fryer, but I'm not sure which brand is best. Let me know what you think.
