Thanks for your note about the workshop planning. I reviewed the feedback from last quarter and people really want more hands-on practice time rather than just presentations. I think we should structure the day with three short talks in the morning and then rotate through breakout sessions after lunch. The venue on Maple Street has rooms that would work well for this setup. I will check on availability for the second week of next month and send you some options. Let me know if you think we should also include a Q&A panel at the end of the day. I can reach out to a few people who might be good facilitators for the breakout groups. The equipment list should be ready by Thursday and I will share it with you then for review.

Thanks for your message about the garden project. I looked into the raised bed materials and the lumber yard on River Road has cedar planks in stock at reasonable pricing. We would need about twelve 8-foot boards for the three beds we planned. The soil delivery can be scheduled for the week before planting if we confirm the date soon. I also spoke with the community center about using their water spigot and they said it would be fine as long as we provide our own hose. Let me know if you want to split the supply run this weekend or handle it separately. I can pick up the seeds and starts if you take care of the mulch order. The weather looks good for the next couple of weeks so we should aim to have everything ready by the end of the month.
