I think the best approach would be to schedule the team meeting for Wednesday afternoon since most people are available then. We can go over the quarterly numbers and discuss the new project timeline. I already checked with accounting and they said the budget reports should be ready by Tuesday morning. Let me know if you want me to book the conference room or if we should do it virtually. I know some team members are working remotely now so maybe a hybrid setup would be best. We could also have lunch brought in if everyone is on site.

Regarding the house renovation I think we should go with the grey cabinets for the kitchen since they will complement the countertops we picked out last week. The contractor mentioned that the project would take roughly six weeks once we finalize the design choices. I also spoke with the electrician about adding more outlets in the living room and he said it would not be a problem. We still need to decide on the backsplash though maybe something simple would look best.

I was also thinking we could add a small pantry area near the back door. The contractor said that would be easy to do if we adjust the layout slightly. Let me know what you think about the cabinet color and the pantry idea. I can stop by the showroom this weekend to grab some samples.
