Yeah I totally agree with you about the trail conditions we hit last weekend. Next time let's definitely pack more water and maybe start an hour earlier. I think if we leave by six we can beat the midday heat easily. Let me know if you want to bring that new cooler you got. I heard the insulation is way better than the old ones. Also I can grab some snacks from the store later this week. Just send me a list of what you're thinking. We should probably check the weather forecast again a day before just in case it shifts. I remember last time we got caught in that surprise shower and it soaked everything. I also wanted to ask if your friend Sarah is still planning to come along. The more the merrier in my book. Let's finalize the group by Tuesday so we can coordinate rides efficiently.

I finally sat down and watched that documentary you recommended last month about deep sea exploration. Honestly the cinematography was stunning but I felt like they glossed over the ecological impact part pretty quickly. I would have liked them to spend more time on what corporations are doing to coral reefs. Anyway it got me thinking about starting a little reading list on oceanography. If you have any book suggestions send them my way. I've been trying to cut down on screen time before bed and reading seems to help a lot. Also let me know if you've found any good podcasts on the topic. I'm always looking for something engaging to listen to on my commute.
